MedCap is a concierge service boutique factoring company. Small and privately funded, we prefer to work only with elite, underutilized surgeons of various specialties.
Having been in the PI industry for over 20 years working in the attorney office as well as the physician marketing space, our recognized there was a need to create a bridge between the two. Personal Injury Attorneys need excellent, highly trained physicians that hold many board certifications to care for their clients and will be willing to stand behind the care they provide. At the same time, these physicians are in need of additional revenue streams where they can provide superior care while not being dictated to by the insurance company. In our experience, oftentimes this caliber physician had been unwilling to treat injured victim cases as they had a misguided view of the business or simply didn’t care to work with personal injury attorneys, accruing high AR anticipating payment when the cases settled.
With all of this in mind, we created MedCap. By vetting the cases prior to care the providers are comfortable accepting the case as there is no risk to them and they can feel confident they can provide the best care warranted to the patient. With our concierge services and case management we reduce the time, energy and effort from both provider and law firm, gathering all bills, records and necessary legal documents and presenting to both parties neatly at the conclusion of treatment. MedCap has successfully been providing clients, physicians and attorneys with superior care and a personal touch for over 10 years.
